I recently returned a microwave oven that I purchased last April due to a broken latch and a glass tray that wouldn't stay in place. The replacement oven has a similar latch, but so far it is working well and the glass tray stays in place. I wish the oven was more powerful and slightly larger like the previous one, but the flaws of the old oven were intolerable. I have always had good luck with Westinghouse products and the price of the new oven was reasonable. However, it is disappointing that the latch is made of plastic instead of metal, as this seems to be a common flaw in microwave ovens.

This microwave works well and I'm happy with its overall operation. It beeps 3 or 4 times when it's done, and then beeps again if you don't open the door for a minute or two. It's not annoying, just a gentle reminder. I've had it for about 3 months now and it's still working fine. It's surprising that it's lasted longer than 1 year. As of January 2023, it's still working as expected with no issues, and it will be 5 years old in a few months.

I purchased this product primarily for its price and I am very happy with it. It was a replacement for a Panasonic microwave that I bought eight years ago. The microwave does not have many complicated features, which I wouldn't use anyway. The only feature I miss is the ADD A MINUTE button, but the defrost mode works very well for evenly defrosting frozen food.

The timer does not display the remaining time and resets to regular time after about 3 seconds. There is no way to tell how much time is left on the timer and it only makes one ding when it is finished. Users need to be aware of this when using the timer. Other than that, the timer seems to work fine.

I researched microwaves under $100 that can fit a full size 12 inch dinner plate (1.1 cu feet capacity). There aren't many options available, but Consumer Reports rates the Impecca brand at the top of the list in this category. I recommend this unit as it heats evenly and quickly, and is easy enough to use. The buttons are easy to see, which is a must for me. I'm on a fixed income and can't spend hundreds on a microwave, but I am very satisfied with this oven for just $100.

I am extremely disappointed with this microwave. The start button is difficult to push, the glass plate rotates slowly, and it makes a loud noise when it does start up. Despite trying to sell it at $70, I have been unable to find any takers. I am considering donating it to a church, even though I wasted $179 on it. Unfortunately, due to being hospitalized and unable to return it, I missed the deadline for a return. My daughter ordered it on my behalf and had it delivered to my house, but I was unable to address the issues with it due to my hospitalization.

My previous microwave was Impecca , it worked for 20 + years and finally died. There was no question for me what brand will be my next one.
The reasons I picked this particular model were:
- I was looking for at least 1000W;
- size (due to the limited countertop space):
- reasonable priceI don't cook in microwave, just warm things up, so I didn't need functions I won't use. I was looking for pretty basic kitchen 'helper'.

So far, I am happy with my purchase. It takes few seconds longer to warm/ heat food up than in my previous one, but I can live with it.
I find it's difficult to readI bought in black color; it might make a difference. But, again, I don't use most of the buttons, so it doesn't matter to me :-)

I believe it may take a few years to tell for sure if I like it or not because it will depend on how long it will last without breaking down. I wish people were submitting their reviews 3-5 YEARS after the purchase, it will give better idea how reliable appliances are.

I purchased the 1.1 Cu. Ft. version of this microwave. It does not include the MicroCrisp feature. Appearance-wise, I like this microwave. It matches my kitchen d����cor and looks relatively sleek and classic. I dislike the thick grooves where the stainless steel body overlaps the perimeter of the door, since debris and dust will likely build up there. I'm worried about gunk collecting in various areas of the microwave. The touch pad feels nice and is intuitive, and the large push-button to open the microwave door works well. I would have preferred a handle instead. The push-button also shows fingerprints big time, so I know I'm going to be wiping it down constantly. Compared to my last microwave, I can see inside much better. Unfortunately, the microwave requires a lot of clearance on the back, sides, and top, which doesn't work with my minimal counter space. The instructions are quite good and cover what can and cannot be microwaved, as well as some basic troubleshooting. The microwave is audible when cooking, but it functions well. However, I encountered a fatal flaw almost immediately with the Waveguide Cover, which I accidentally removed. The brand's customer service was helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I'm relatively impressed with this nice-looking and nicely functioning microwave, although I've been able to nitpick it.

I have been having issues with my over the stove microwave, and finding a replacement that fits into my custom cabinetry is going to be difficult. In the meantime, I am using an Impecca countertop microwave, which is easier to use than my previous big name brand microwave. It has a classic stainless steel housing and fits well in my kitchen. The controls are easy to use, and the microwave operates quietly. The only downside is that it takes up a lot of countertop space. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

I selected this particular model due to the modest price and positive reviews.This microwave oven heats full meals rapidly which is impressive since the rating is only 1000 watts. The oven cavity provides sufficient space for full size dinner plates and popcorn bags rotate freely even when they have fully expanded. Water boils within 1.5 minutes at full power which is an advantage if you prepare soups or reheat coffee as I do on a daily basis. The operation is so quiet on all power levels and the buzzer is not overly irritating even when the kitchen is inactive. However, the oven cavity does not illuminate when the door is opened and will only turn on if the microwave is running, but I appreciate that feature because i can allow odors and moisture to exit the oven after use without being concerned about my electric bill. Finally, the compact size is great for limited counter space without sacrificing performance.
