I recently returned a complicated multi-use microwave and purchased a user-friendly white Impecca microwave. As an 83 year old, the white dial is much easier to read than a black one. I recently replaced our 1,000 watt microwave with a smaller 900 watt Impecca. I am pleased with its size and the white interior color. The lower power has not been an issue for me. I do miss the handle though, as the push button to open the door is stiff. The timer with 5 beeps at the end is a nice feature.

This small microwave is not as spacious on the inside as I expected. It can only fit a coffee mug or a cup of soup, and a regular dinner plate just barely fits. The buttons are difficult to read and the defrost button is hard to figure out. The beep is very faint and it cooks at a low power, taking twice as long to cook. However, it works well for someone who doesn't do much microwave cooking and only needs to reheat or microwave snacks. Despite its quirks, I am happy with it for the price. The previous microwave I had looked nice, but it had an annoying jingle and no mute button, which made life not so good with it. It also had a feature where you could turn off the clock, and it would stay off. Impecca calls it ecomode, but unfortunately, you have to do it every time you use it. I do like not having a clock shown, though. The first meal I made was a frozen pot pie using the microwave/air fryer method. The box said microwaves under 1100 watts wouldn't work, but this 900-watt microwave did fine with 6 minutes on full power and 5 minutes in the air fryer. It came out 90% as good as oven method in 40 minutes less time. The microwave looks great, better than the newer model, which is why I took a discount.

This microwave fits in the same place as my old one and has no extra features, but I don't have to worry about old house wiring (15amp). It still looks new. It can pop popcorn, boil water, and cook breakfast sausage. The glass plate it rotates on can be knocked off its free moving bearing ring, but it does not come off unless knocked off. It has never come off while cooking, but when cleaning the plate from overflows and boil overs, you have to re-set the bearing ring and mess with the glass plate to re-seat it. This is a minor irritation, not a major problem. There are still a lot of features I haven't used because I'm a plug and play type, but I'm happy with the purchase. It was a cheap, small footprint, low wattage microwave or a monster microwave with all the bells and whistles. I went for the size and have no regrets.

I recently replaced my malfunctioning microwave oven with a new one from Impecca, and I'm really impressed with its performance. The heating and cooking capacity of this new oven is superior to my old one, as it rarely causes splatters from localized overheating. With my previous oven, soups and leftover food would often splatter during operation, knocking the paper towel I placed over the food out of place. However, with this new Impecca microwave oven, I no longer have that splatter problem. I still use a paper towel over the food I am reheating or cooking, but it stays in place and prevents splattering. This must be due to the better overall microwave technology of the Impecca oven, providing a more uniform heating and cooking capacity. I recently purchased a new microwave after my old one stopped working. It was my first microwave purchase since 1994, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I noticed that the microwave moves when I try to open the door, likely due to it not having enough weight to counteract the pressure needed to open it. I had to place it away from the wall and use some styrofoam packing to prevent it from moving. The interior seems a bit smaller than my old microwave, even though the dimensions are similar. Despite being 300W stronger, it doesn't seem to heat food as well or as quickly as my old one, which is surprising. However, it is quiet and suitable for my needs as the only user in the house. It may not be suitable for cooking larger meals due to its size limitations.

This microwave is smaller than my old one, which is exactly what I wanted. It fits all the food I need to heat up inside, including leftover casserole, frozen and fresh veggies, and tortillas. Defrosting is easy and resetting the clock was a simple task. My only issue is with the latch, which is a bit difficult to operate at first. It would be better if it had a handle to pull for opening.

This is my second purchase of this oven. The first one started having issues after 3 years, with the keypad working intermittently. I decided to buy the new one with a 4 year warranty, whereas the first one only had a 2 year extended warranty. I use the oven at least 5 times a day for cooking and heating various items. It has a small and attractive design in chrome and pewter, matching well with my other high-end KitchenAid appliances. On the downside, the buttons are small and it can be noisy, but it can fit a full-size dinner plate and looks great. Overall, I like it enough to purchase it twice and for the price, it's unbeatable.

I purchased this microwave in May 2017 and waited to review it until I had used it for a while. Overall, I am very happy with it. I was specifically looking for a 1000W microwave with a simple interface and a handle that allows me to open the door at any time, even when it is cooking. This microwave meets those criteria and looks good as well. Some of the features I appreciate include the ability to open the door with the handle at any time without needing to press a button, the steady latch that prevents the microwave from sliding when I open the door, and the rotating plate for even cooking. The quick start buttons and the STOP button also work effectively. Overall, I would recommend this microwave to others. Thank you to those who reviewed it before I made my purchase.

I have owned several microwaves over the years, and I was the first person I knew to buy one back in 1974. People used to come over just to try it out, as it was a modern marvel at the time. This new microwave is the only one since my original one that explains in the manual how to use aluminum foil in the microwave, which was a pleasant surprise. The purchase was worth it for that knowledge alone. The packaging was heavy-weight and well-protected, which made for easy unpacking. Aesthetically, I love the retro mid-century look of this microwave. The buttons are big and clearly labeled, making it easy to use without my glasses. The handle is thick and solid, making it pleasing to use. The operation is intuitive and well-thought-out. While it may take slightly longer to cook compared to my previous microwave, I prefer the look and operation of this one. Being able to turn the sound off is a great feature for my living situation, and the microwave is quieter than most when running. Overall, I am very happy with this microwave and hope it lasts a long time.

This microwave has been a disappointment. I have used it twice to microwave raw potatoes, and both times the glass plate has shifted back and forth, hitting the sides. I adjusted the plastic rotating arm multiple times, but the issue persisted. I called customer service twice for help, but they were not helpful. The representative did not understand my issue with the glass plate hitting the sides and said I needed a rubber ring, which was not included. I also found conflicting information on the internet about a cardboard liner that was supposed to be kept in the microwave. I have adjusted the roller assembly multiple times, but the plate continues to slide. None of the FAQs address this issue. Overall, I would not recommend this microwave or the manufacturer's customer service. The unit is an Impecca , purchased in 2017 with an extended warranty.

I purchased this microwave seven years ago and it recently stopped working. I loved using it, although I didn't use all the extra features often. My model was a 900W microwave with the same product number, but slightly different dimensions in the manual. I adjusted the cooking times for TV dinners to account for the lower wattage, and it worked well. It did start to act up towards the end, but it lasted a decent amount of time. I liked the design, removable tray, and easy-to-read timer. It was a bit loud when running, but it didn't bother me. Overall, I would recommend this microwave, especially for the price.

I was hesitant to buy a microwave because of limited space in my apartment, but I finally decided to get one when I got tired of waiting hours for meat to defrost. This microwave is great for limited space use - it's small enough to not be cumbersome, but big enough to fit my largest plates. The setup was quick and I appreciated the extra menu sticker in case the buttons wear out. I also purchased the extended warranty based on some comments about defects after 3 months. As of May 17, 2017, it's still working fine. It might take a bit longer to heat things up compared to other microwaves, but it's good for heating frozen food, defrosting, and melting butter.

The product itself was made with quality materials and matched my expectations in terms of size, shape, and color. It is easy to use, a great size, and works fine. However, it has proven to be a helpful addition to the kitchen, easily reheating leftovers and beverages with preset buttons. This microwave is great for the price. It doesn't have many extra features, but it's compact and fits in a small space. It looks nice out of the box, but it does show fingerprints easily. Shipping was fast, arriving in 2 days. If you want a simple, good-looking microwave without too many extra features, this is a good choice.
