I purchased this microwave after doing extensive research. My previous GE microwave lasted for over 20 years, but finally wore out. I wanted a replacement with the same size and features, nothing too complicated. The size fits well on my countertop, although it is a little bigger than my old one. I am still getting used to the features, but I particularly like the defrost feature, as I use it a lot. I mainly use it to warm up food, not for cooking, as I have an air fryer for that. The microwave runs quietly, which I appreciate. I would have given it 5 stars, but the all done beep is very loud. Overall, I would recommend it.

This microwave oven is similar to others, but has its own unique shortcuts and processes. It has been a bit of an adjustment from our old one, which lasted 20 years. The keypad can be frustrating as pressing 1 starts it for 1 minute, and setting a specific time requires pressing another button first. However, pressing start runs it for 30 seconds, and you can add 30 seconds each time you press start, which works for most reheating needs. It is also louder than our old one. On the positive side, it gives reminder beeps until you open the door when cooking is done, preventing forgotten snacks from being left inside. The main issue is the darkness of the numbers on the keypad, making it difficult to read without bright lighting in the kitchen.

It's not a small microwave but we made it work. I like it and I'm glad it's bigger than I thought. I bought a wire rack and put it on there because it took too much counter space.

This Impecca microwave has good cooking power for a small unit, but it has some design flaws. The release button for the door is stiff, causing the microwave to slide across the counter when trying to open the door. The touch pad is hard to read unless it is at eye level, and the plug sticks out from the outlet about 2 inches, making it difficult to place directly against the wall. Overall, I am disappointed with this product and wish I had returned it.

This microwave is great and cooks food quickly. The only issue was the broken control faceplate, but I was able to tape it back on and it now works fine. The packaging was loose, which may have caused the damage, but luckily it still works.

This microwave has been great for my needs. I've had it for 15 months and use it daily. The price was very good, and one of the reasons I like it so much is the good finish inside the microwave. I usually have to get rid of a microwave due to the finish inside, but there is absolutely none of that with this product. I like that it is small and does not take up much room on the counter. I'm very pleased with this.

I purchased this unit two years ago and it had a nice mirrored finish. My sister in law loved it. Two years later, I decided to purchase another one for my office. It was the identical unit, however the unit arrived today and it no longer had a complete mirrored finish. It has the mirror finish on the side and bottom, but the door itself is mostly black screened. It's a functional microwave and I am probably too lazy to return it, but it really wasn't what I expected. I searched through the reviews and noted that people who ordered it in 2016 still had the complete mirror finish, but most recent orders do not. Again, I have no problem with the microwave, just wish the product image showed the recent model. Most people who viewed this item probably would assume it was something else since the top review showed a nice complete metallic finish and most probably would not bother reading the rest of the reviews or the newer ones.

This small microwave gets the job done. We needed it in a pinch when our larger microwave stopped working. We miss some features like the option to add time with the push of a button, but for a small model, it works well and is a good value. It fits a full-size plate or bag of popcorn and has a rotating tray for more even cooking. The preset buttons are not as useful as just inputting time and monitoring the cooking. While I don't mind using it, my husband can't wait to upgrade to a larger model soon.

The appliance I purchased arrived promptly and is the perfect size for my kitchen counter. It has convenient features such as a push button open, no loud beeps, and a light that stays on during cooking and when the door is open. It also matches my other appliances and came with an extra face plate. However, there is a small dent on the top left rear corner which may have occurred before packaging. Despite this, I plan to keep the appliance and hope for good results.

This microwave is perfect for my small condo. It's a great size for the countertop and does a great job heating up my food. It's not too loud and has a rotating glass plate. I bought this microwave as a budget option for my apartment which did not have a fridge or range. It has a carousel which is nice, but it does not have a minute plus or add 30 seconds button. The manual is hard to read, and I haven't found a pdf online to increase the font size. It works well enough for my needs, but it is not suitable for heavy use in the kitchen. It is a good product for the price.
