This unit is powerful and effectively cools a room. I bought it as an additional cooling solution for a rental property with a room that struggles to stay cool. It's too early to comment on its long-term performance, but it's working well for now. The fan is quite loud so it's not suitable for a living area, but it's perfect for a utility room with direct sunlight and no AC duct.

I recently had to replace my old Panasonic air conditioner, which was 35 years old and had finally stopped working. The old unit was quite large, so I didn't have a sleeve for the new one, but luckily I found a new one in the box for the playroom. I had to rewire the new air conditioner because it requires 110 volts instead of the old one's 220 volts, but it's now installed and working perfectly. I'm so satisfied with this air conditioner that I'm planning to order another one for the playroom when we have the siding redone. It's also much quieter than the old unit, which I really appreciate.

This in-wall air conditioner is excellent. It comes with a follow me remote, which means the thermostat is in the remote, not in the air conditioner itself. This makes it much more efficient than others I have used. I've had it for a couple of months now and it cools my apartment much better than my old one. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of an in-wall air conditioner. It also fits a standard in-wall compartment. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Interestingly, my mother-in-law's apartment building has specifically approved this model for their wall AC spot. This 14000 BTU unit is great for cooling a 600 square foot room and more. It is a bit noisy but worth it for the faster cooling. The instructions were a bit confusing as it is already in a sleeve, but still needed one for through the wall. It was delivered in 2 days instead of 5, which I'm very happy about. I highly recommend this air conditioner.

The cooling efficiency of this unit is impressive and it has noticeably reduced my electric bill. I previously used a portable AC, but this unit outperforms it. However, the installation instructions are not clear. The diagrams, especially for the foam placement between the wall sleeve and conditioner, are confusing. Three different people interpreted the instructions differently. The instructions and diagrams need to be rewritten, and each piece of foam should be labeled. Recently purchased and installed a sleeve 2021 air conditioning unit from HD. Unfortunately, the lower front corners of the plastic grill were cracked upon delivery, likely due to poor packing material. The weight of the AC unit seemed too much for the packaging. The installation instructions were not very helpful, but watching online installation videos proved to be beneficial. The AC has performed well so far, particularly during a hot spell with temperatures reaching 95 degrees in the shade for four consecutive days. It cooled much better than our old window AC. However, it is noisier than expected, despite being advertised as a quiet model. The unit is also quite heavy, so having assistance for lifting and installation is recommended. Overall, the AC has worked well, but the packaging and noise level were disappointing.

This unit replaced my old Friedrich Wallmaster and I couldn't be happier. The installation was a breeze and it is so quiet. The only issue was that I couldn't replace the rear grille with the one provided because it was too small. It cools my 1000 sq foot apartment with ease and I love the remote and sense feature. If you need a through the wall AC, this is a great buy.

This AC was the most affordable option with a decent rating that claimed to be compatible with my existing 1989 Carrier sleeve. I had to modify the sleeve a bit since ACs are smaller now than they were 30 years ago. The unit works well, but the installation instructions were not helpful. The directions suggested using foam blocks inside the sleeve, but that wouldn't work with my old sleeve. The directions also left a 4-inch gap above the unit when it came to installing the trim. I had to use a 2x4, extra foam, and caulk to fix it. I was disappointed that the necessary parts weren't included to make it work out of the box.

The Air Conditioner unit I received was in good condition and well-packaged, unlike other reviews I have seen where units arrived cracked. It came with a complete installation kit, and it cools my small apartment's living room/kitchen area very well. However, there is a rattling sound coming from the internal fan at times, which can be bothersome at night. I have not been able to figure out how to remove the front panel to access the fan for maintenance. Despite this issue, the AC has been a lifesaver for me, especially during the hot summer and difficult times with the Covid-19 pandemic and riots in my city. We bought an AC unit in July 2020, but it didn't work when we tried to install it in mid-August. Impecca's response to our complaint was unhelpful, and the seller's response was not much better. We are still waiting for a resolution and are disappointed with both Impecca and the seller. We are considering returning the item and will not be buying from Impecca again due to the poor customer service. We will update this review with any further developments.

I've been using this unit for about a week and it's been working well. I didn't encounter any problems with the packaging, unlike some others. My condo is small, around 350Sq ft, and this unit is able to effectively cool the living room/kitchen area to the desired temperature of 79 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit in Energy saving mode. Installation was easy, especially with an existing wall sleeve. The only issue I have is with the reliability of the Follow Me Remote. It has trouble sending the temperature to the AC unit, even at a short distance with a clear line of sight. Additionally, the unit's temperature reading is inaccurate and tends to show the room as 3 degrees cooler than it actually is. I solved this by setting the AC temperature 3 degrees cooler than my desired room temperature. Despite this issue, the unit performs well in energy saving mode. Overall, I'm satisfied with it, but will keep an eye out for any other potential issues.

I've had this air conditioner for 2 1/2 months and it has been working perfectly. It easily cools my 400 sq. ft. studio and fits my existing sleeve perfectly. It's quiet with no vibrations and fits so tight that I couldn't tilt it downwards, so I had to drill holes for drainage. I have no problem sleeping on the low fan setting and so far, there have been no leaks. I am extremely pleased with the quality and performance. At night, I run it on Cool instead of Auto to avoid annoying on/off cycles. I also turn off the energy saver at night to prevent the same issue. The remote works well and has all the functions of the unit's touch panel.

I bought this unit for my elderly and disabled mother and grandmother who live in a handicapped housing. They are only allowed one A/C unit which must fit through the wall. This A/C unit cools their entire 2-bedroom apartment and is quite effective. The temperature often needs to be adjusted because it can get too cold, but that's a personal preference. I haven't tried the follow me feature yet, but I will update my review when I do. The unit was heavy and arrived with two cracked corners on the front face plate, likely due to mishandling during shipping. However, the cracks are barely noticeable and don't affect the quality. We bought the extended warranty, so we may have it replaced after the summer months. Overall, it's a good unit for their needs.
