The bottom back corner of the frame was bent, probably during shipping, but it's not very noticeable. The microwave was tested and worked fine. It seems to be a high-quality product, although it hasn't been installed yet.

The microwave was the expected size and required wiring for installation. The top template for the bolts was off by 1 inch, and only two toggle bolts were provided. We had to purchase two additional bolts to make it more sturdy, as there was only one stud available. It took three of us to install the microwave, and it took 8-9 hours to complete. However, now that it's up, it cooks thoroughly and the fan circulates well. The lights on the cook surface are bright, and it fits well with my other appliances. It has a nice overhead look and frees up counter space.

We purchased this microwave to replace our old one that stopped working after ten years. It is a very stylish and easy to clean microwave. The installation process was not too difficult, but it did require some time and a few adjustments. The instructions could have been better. The microwave has a vent fan and a replaceable filter. The only issue we have is that when you set the kitchen timer, you cannot use the microwave at the same time, as it disrupts the timer. Overall, it is a good product.
