The freezer arrived with intact packaging, but there was a dent in the top, rear right corner. The rest of the freezer looks fine and I expect it will work without issue. I was a bit disappointed that the description did not mention any cosmetic damage.

The freezer is generally good, but the key structure could use some improvement. It locks well, but it can be challenging to know if the key has connected properly when locking or unlocking.

This freezer is a great size for keeping extra frozen foods for two people. I appreciate that it has door locks, as it makes it easier to keep my kid out of unhealthy snacks when I'm not looking. Plus, there's nothing like having frozen cookies on hand.

The stainless steel freezer I ordered arrived with a stainless steel door, but the sides and top of the freezer are black.

The appliance arrived with a few minor dings, but they do not affect its functionality. I was impressed by the amount of food I could fit in the freezer, and the bottom drawer is great for holding a large amount of fish. Everything stays frozen solid. There was a slight odor for about a week, but it eventually dissipated.

The delivery of this unit was very quick and it was easy to unpack. It fit perfectly in the space I had for it. However, I was frustrated to find that the keys were locked inside the unit. Luckily, I had the right tools to open it. When I tried to switch the door from left to right, I found that the top screws were tightly glued in, making it difficult to move them. If they hadn't been glued, it would have been much easier to switch the door.

The freezer is currently being used only for ice due to limited space in the refrigerator. It fits on pantry shelves with sufficient ventilation room. It arrived promptly after ordering.

The freezer quickly fills up and performs well. Even on the lowest setting, it creates rock-solid frozen food. I finally have a proper place to store my frozen foods, thank you. As a vegetarian, it has enough space to store all my frozen vegetarian LightLife sausages, LightLife smart sausages, vegetarian entrees, cheese slices, frozen tofu, leftovers, and fresh fruit. I forgot to snap a photo, but this amount of frozen food can be adequate for one person over a month's time.
