After two days of filling the fridge with miniature water bottles, the water was only slightly colder than room temperature. It was difficult to adjust the temperature without causing excessive condensation along the inside and back. Despite gradually increasing the temperature, the water never reached a satisfyingly cold level. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the fridge and it is impractical to have it in my 3rd-floor apartment. It looks like a fridge but doesn't function as one.

I bought this refrigerator from their website and used award points from my employer. It does not maintain temperature well in warmer rooms, around 78F. Items at the back of the refrigerator freeze while those near the front or on the door only get slightly cool. I can't find a setting that balances the two. There is also bad condensation inside the unit, which turns to ice. I've only had it for a couple of months and already need to empty it and defrost it.

Upon initial use, we noticed some frost developing on the inside back wall, but we are hoping that will resolve itself with continued usage.
