We got rid of our LG 1000watt microwave and got the Impecca 1000 watt unit instead. Unfortunately, the Impecca unit takes over 50% longer to heat food than our old unit. Despite its convenient controls and quiet operation, we are disappointed with its performance.

I purchased a Impecca Microwave and paid for installation. However, the keypad did not always work properly. After contacting customer service, I received a replacement without any issues. I had to pay for the damaged one to be removed and the new one to be installed again. The replacement microwave sounds a bit "tinny" when opening the door, but is quiet when running. I will see how it goes from here.

The product arrived new in undamaged packaging but failed to power on when connected to multiple power sources. It seems to have been entirely dead on arrival.

The microwave lacks sufficient features for the price and the drilling hole template is backwards.

I haven't read the instructions yet, but I'm disappointed that the timer can only be used when the oven is not in use. My previous oven allowed me to time things while cooking on the stove and in the microwave.

I initially liked this microwave when I first got it. It looked good, had nice features, was powerful enough, and was easy to use. However, after only a year, the light stopped working and the turntable started making grinding noises. I understand it's not a high-end microwave, but I still expected it to last longer than a year. My previous, less expensive microwave was still working after 5 years. I'm disappointed that this one is failing so soon. (Purchased July 2019) Update: It's no longer working. There was a burning smell, and I'm concerned about a potential fire hazard. October 2022.

The item arrived in a damaged condition, even though the shipping box showed no signs of damage. The door proved difficult to open and close, and soon after its installation, it began producing excessive noise.

The product is functioning well, but it arrived with a damaged box and the unit itself is dented. Additionally, the plastic on the blower motor is broken.
