The microwave did not meet my expectations, only lasting for 3 months. I was disappointed with the product, but impressed with Faberware's customer service. They quickly honored the warranty and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I will consider purchasing from them again in the future.

The fasteners at the top of the unit came loose while attaching the bolts, so they need to come up with a more secure way to keep them in place. It's really frustrating. ��

I am extremely pleased with this basic white unit. It is well suited for my needs as a senior and is perfect for reheating coffee and prepping lunch. The controls are easy to use and well located, and the range exhaust and light are essential for me. It's too soon to evaluate longevity, but at this point, it's a big win for me!
