I received my refrigerator in great condition and very well packed. After plugging it in for the first time, the freezer cooled down nicely, but the bottom portion never cooled enough to keep anything cold, even on the highest setting. The tech asked if I noticed the fridge cycling on by the compressor, which I did not, so that might be the problem. The service has been great and they responded promptly. They agreed to send a replacement unit, and I hope it works better. The fridge seems to be of good quality and the right size for my needs. I will update my review once I receive the new one.

Purchased this for a single person's studio apartment. Perfect size! The lighting inside is wonderful. The only issue is there's not enough room for taller items. Plenty of room in the freezer. The packaging was impressive, with no dents. It started working great right away and gets plenty cold.
