These batteries are completely drained! I placed 4 of them in my device and now I can't even open the lid! They have no power left in them!

I recently purchased a set of 20 Impecca C batteries from and used them to power 5 identical devices. The devices are only used to connect to WiFi once a day and are placed within 20 feet of the access point. However, after about 20 hours, I found that two of the devices only had 33% and 36% battery life remaining, while the other three had over 90% as expected. I had tested each battery before installing them and they all showed 1.6V, but it seems that they did not deliver the full amp hours as expected. This purchase was very disappointing and not worth it.
