The keyboard works well, but I don't like that it has a slight flex. It only has one indicator light for both the CAPS and battery level, which I wish were separate. Despite these issues, it's still a great ergonomic product.

Our users are satisfied with the upgrade from wired to wireless mouse, but occasionally experience a drop in connectivity. Resetting the receiver resolves the issue, although it can be inconvenient at times.
