The installation directions were really easy to follow and I was able to install it easily. It works great in my sunroom.

The combination a/c heater was faulty and only lasted through the summer of 22. I decided to order a standalone a/c unit this time, and it is working perfectly. It arrived undamaged. Thank you.

This product was purchased as a gift for my mother in Texas to help her stay cool during the hot summer months. I was fortunate to buy it on sale, but I believe it is worth paying full price for. It has low energy usage, operates quietly, and the air it produces is extremely cold. I would highly recommend it, rating it 10 out of 10.

This cooling unit is not very effective at quickly cooling a room. It also never quite achieves a cold temperature, only reaching a tolerable level after running for a while.

I wish I had bought this unit before the others. It cools incredibly fast and outperforms my other 8k AC. The thermostat works great and the unit shuts off at a good point so it doesn't constantly turn on and off. I would definitely buy it again.

I purchased this for a shelter as a backup air conditioner. It has not been taken out of the box yet, but it arrived promptly and in good condition.
