We decided to replace our old garage unit, and the new one has exceeded our expectations. It's significantly quieter and easier to use than the previous model. It's also very effective at maintaining the desired temperature in the garage. We are highly satisfied with this investment.

In 2009, I purchased a Westinghouse wall unit for my living room, and it worked well until the end of the summer when it stopped working. Now, I need to buy a new unit, but I can't find one in the right size. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a different brand that fits my needs. I also agree that these units are noisy.

The cooling power of this item is excellent, but it is extremely loud even on the lowest setting. It is not suitable for use in a living room or bedroom, but it is okay for the garage.

This product is great because it's easy to install, comes with everything you need and an extra front bezel attachment. It was quicker to install than it was to remove and clean the old sleeve. Thanks for a job well done!
Update: 2 years later, the unit failed and they promptly replaced it without any hassle. I am very satisfied.

Our daughter recently bought her first condo, and unfortunately, the AC was dead at the time of purchase because we couldn't test it due to the cold weather. It was a challenge to find a wall unit with the right plug configuration, but we were thrilled when we found this one. Not only does it look much better, but it's also more efficient and cooler. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
