Quality here me out
Review by M5Kids / (Posted on 7/13/2017)We live in a house built in 1925 and were disappointed that the air conditioner sleeve sticks out far from the wall, even when using the closest bracket holes. The instructions were thorough for most brands of air conditioners, but not for the Impecca brand. This made installation more challenging, especially since the included foam pieces were not clearly labeled for use with the Impecca air conditioner. Despite these issues, the quality is good and installation was easy. However, we had to give it 3 stars due to the lack of clear instructions for our specific brand and the protruding sleeve. We will need to be creative with our trim to accommodate it. Overall, we are mostly satisfied with the purchase. -

Review by MattyB / (Posted on 6/1/2017)After initially feeling frustrated with this project, I found that the parts had a thick coat of enamel that made it difficult to use a screwdriver. I ended up bending the receiving tabs but was able to straighten them out with pliers and use a drill at a slow speed to secure the screws. I also had to adjust the alignment of the optional screws, but overall, the project only took five to ten minutes once I figured out the right approach.
