I recently received a 12-pack of 9V batteries at a great price of 59% off in a Lightning Deal. Although I am satisfied with the price, I cannot give them a 5-star rating because 8 of the batteries had fallen out of their package and were found loose in the shipping envelope. Additionally, the batteries lack the protective plastic film on the contacts, which could potentially cause them to short circuit. As a result, three of the batteries were hot to the touch when removed from the packaging. I have provided pictures depicting the issue, with temperatures listed in Celsius.

The product offers good value for its price.
