CD function not working after 30 days

I purchased the Wireless Under Cabinet system in June 2023 and kept it in the box until I installed it in my new townhouse on August 18th. It worked fine until today when the CD player stopped working. I cannot play or eject the CD. I am disappointed and hope the manufacturer can help resolve this issue.

This radio is excellent for the price. It allows me to play my CDs and iPod without taking up much space. I can also easily change the radio stations and adjust the volume from anywhere in the room.
