I am really impressed with how much air this fan puts out, it's great. However, I am frustrated that I can't seem to close the battery compartment in the back. I've tried everything but no luck. I would appreciate it if the company could reach out to help me with this issue. Eventually, my daughter was able to close the compartment and now the fan works perfectly. I purchased it as a backup for power outages during a hurricane, and I liked it so much that I bought another one as a Christmas gift for my family. I appreciate that there aren't too many complicated options for using it.
