I initially received a faulty projector, but the seller quickly replaced it with a working one. The new projector is functioning perfectly. Keep in mind that you may need to purchase an adapter to connect it to a phone or laptop.

We recently reached out to customer service through their website regarding our malfunctioning projector. After a few months of use, the projector has stopped working. Despite being stored safely and well taken care of, the fan inside no longer runs and the screen does not turn on when we plug it in. We have not heard back from the company, but after contacting customer service, they sent us a new projector that is in working condition.

The fan began to make a disturbing rattling noise that became increasingly loud. I hoped to find a replacement motor that I could install myself, but my search was unsuccessful. I particularly liked the lightweight design and easy setup, as well as the ability to easily hook up speakers. I used the fan daily and made sure to clean out any dust regularly.

We purchased this unit in order to provide an outdoor theater environment for our four grandchildren. All I can say is that this was a definite fantastic buy. Picture quality was fantastic and was what I��d have expected from a much more expensive unit. Sound quality was also good especially when paired via Bluetooth to an external speaker.

This projector is not as bright as it claims to be, probably closer to 1800-2000 lumens compared to a 3000 lumen projector. The native resolution of 1280x720 is questionable and may not be suitable for displaying text. However, it works well for window projections and as a TV replacement for watching videos. I would not recommend it for gaming. Overall, it's a good projector for the price, but not a replacement for a high-end projector.

The volume is turned all the way up and it is difficult to hear, it seems that you only get what you pay for.
