I'm having trouble figuring out how to import pictures. I've connected the frame to my computer via a USB cord, but there's no import option when I add pictures to the file folder. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Let me start by saying, I am absolutely in love with this product concept! It is so fun to send my mother photos of our pups and family memories!
