The previous one I owned was really bad.

I purchased this Impecca countertop microwave on the website two years ago, after my mom bought the same model from Best Buy. I bought it to replace a 10-year-old white microwave with the same wattage, as it looked old even though it was still working fine. However, I found that the new microwave was significantly less powerful than my old one. Initially, I thought I had received a faulty unit, but then I noticed the same issue when using my mom's microwave. It seems that this specific model does not heat effectively and takes much longer to heat things compared to my old microwave. I am disappointed with its performance and will not purchase it again. If I find a similarly-sized model with 700W or higher from another brand, I will replace this one without hesitation.

This product works really well. I appreciate the extra space it provides on my counter. It has a lower wattage, so I just need to add an extra minute or two when heating things up.
