There are no issues with my microwave's functionality.

The smaller size of this item for medium plates is a bit inconvenient, and the glass turntable doesn't stay on its track very well. I should have spent the extra money for the bigger one, as it would have been a better deal. However, it still works well for dorm rooms or for someone who lives alone. Overall, it has good wattage and serves its purpose effectively.
