I struggled to mop after injuring my arm and developing arthritis. I tested out multiple brands but ended up returning them. This mop is truly amazing! It works well on all floor types and is equally effective for waxing and mopping. It's a top-quality product. Although I got it on sale for $116, I believe it would be worth the full price of $160.

After 15 weeks of weekly use, the integrated spray mechanism on the mop stopped working. Unfortunately, the return window for Amazon has passed, so I'm now stuck carrying around a bottle of cleaner to spray the floor before using the mop. It's disappointing that the power mop only lasted for 3 months. However, after contacting the manufacturer, they promptly sent me a brand new mop, which I am very impressed by. It worked great for my hardwood floors, which cover over 1,000 square feet on the first level.

I am very impressed with this floor cleaner! I never knew how dirty our floors were until we used it. After using it just once, we could see a significant improvement. The three different cleaning pads are very helpful in removing tough dirt and grime from our floors, especially with kids. It works well with just vinegar and water, or with BONA floor cleaner and water. Highly recommend!
