I absolutely love this air conditioner! It's the best purchase I've made in a long time. It's incredibly cold and not too noisy. It has great features and was very easy to install in my window.

This air conditioner is still working just as well as it did when I first bought it. It's still very cold and all the settings still work perfectly. I've only had to clean the filter inside, which was a simple process of removing the door, rinsing it with water, and letting it air dry. I highly recommend this product, it's definitely worth the money.

I only needed to use the remote when I initially installed the unit. I have been able to control it with Alexa or the app on my phone since then. I have never had to set it to high, as it cools off my room on low or medium.

This is an excellent product that effectively cools down even a very hot mobile home. I highly recommend it.

The downstairs area quickly becomes freezing. The eco feature is impressive as it turns off once the desired temperature is reached.

We bought this unit in July 2020 and we are really happy with it so far. It effectively and rapidly cools down our house.

The window unit arrived ahead of schedule, coming in on the 25th instead of the expected delivery between June 30 and July 2. I had ordered it on the 21st. It's currently in the 90s, and the new unit is working great, keeping the living room nice and cool. It also runs fairly quietly, unlike my previous window unit whose compressor had stopped working.

The air conditioner was delivered very promptly, despite FedEx messing up the delivery. The seller was very responsive to my emails. The AC is efficient and works wonderfully in my 20x20 room. I'm looking forward to testing it in deep summer. It's also wifi enabled, connected to the Home app on my phone, and my Alexa Echo dot. It's a game changer - I can easily control it with my voice. I love it and will be buying another one soon.
