I bought this air conditioning unit as a replacement for a similar Impecca model that lasted 10 years. I wish it had lasted longer, but overall I have had good experiences with Impecca products. This unit is what you would expect from a small, wall mounted AC - it's somewhat loud but easy to use. There may be better options out there, but for the price, this unit does what I need it to. I bought it through Bargain Ben and saved a lot of money compared to buying it at a big box store. I'm happy with my purchase and just hope this one lasts longer than 10 years.

We purchased this unit over a year ago because the grid power in our area has become less reliable due to the increasing population. We have it connected to a 20 amp socket with 12 gauge wire for our solar power. I was doubtful at first, but this unit effectively cools a 12 ft X 35 ft room with 8 ft ceilings down to 74 degrees. I am pleasantly surprised and impressed. I would recommend this to anyone using solar power who needs an A/C unit. It works very well.
