We have purchased three microwaves from Impecca, all similar in make and model. The latest one has LED lights and the 'quick minute' button has been replaced with a 'quick 30 seconds' button. Other than that, it is just like the previous versions. I really enjoy using this microwave as it can handle a variety of tasks, from softening butter to cooking a pork roast or small turkey. I find that using an oven bag and some Kitchen Bouquet for browning works great for cooking larger items.

This replacement microwave works great and is not loud. It heats food well and is easy to clean, both inside and out. We would definitely purchase it again. We also expect it to last many years.

After 25 years of faithful use, my old Impecca finally gave out. I immediately searched for a replacement and found this one, although I wanted it in black, the one was available for immediate purchase. It's larger, but that's not a problem as I have the space for it. I used it for the first time this morning and am very happy with it. It's the same brand so there was no learning curve in figuring out how to use it. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

This is my second time ordering this microwave. The one I received works okay, but the door only opens if I push on it and then pull at the bottom. I tried reaching out to the company for a quick fix, but they were not helpful. I may have to send it back.

This oven performed effectively and was priced reasonably. It provided uniform heating, but its controls were overly complicated and required a learning curve to master.
