No light comes on when you open the door.

The item arrived damaged by the delivery company and was missing part of the bottom cardboard. It also made a loud screeching noise when running. I had to return it, but the return process was not satisfactory as the seller wanted me to pay for the shipping. If it hadn't been damaged, the microwave would've been fine.

I've only had this array for less than two months and it has already developed uneven heating issues and is now unable to turn off. I have to unplug it after every use. I used to have a smaller version of this array that I loved, but I am now switching to a different brand.
