The only downside was not being given the accurate delivery time when placing the order. It was stated as the 8th but actually arrived on the 15th.
Someone needs to be present to sign for the delivery, but overall it went well.

- The fridge is very quiet, with only some small noise from the compressor or defrost cycle. The previous GE fridge was much noisier in comparison.

- It has nearly the same storage capacity as the previous fridge, even without the icemaker.

- Fridges should be customizable to fit our needs, such as more shelves and different spacing. The freezer bins are not great and could use more shelving for better freezing.

- The fridge side could use a few more thinner door bins for condiment-sized bottles to maximize space.

- The freezer could use more shelving, so I removed a drawer bin and added more shelving. I also added another shelf.

- It would be helpful to have the actual temperatures displayed, not just the set points, so I can monitor for any problems.

The refrigerator we purchased for our motorhome looks amazing, but we haven't been able to install it yet so we can't comment on its functionality. Unfortunately, the delivery service was very unreliable, rescheduling four times and causing a lot of inconvenience for us. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but it ended up coming on Tuesday and we had to ask a neighbor to sign for it.

The customer service was excellent when I discovered that the description was incorrect about the ice maker. They gave a discount on the cost and the delivery was on time. I highly recommend them and will purchase from them again. The freezer is high quality with plenty of room and the glass bins make it easy to see what's inside.

We are pleased with our new refrigerator, especially the customizable interior lighting that can be adjusted from very bright to completely off using a smartphone app. It would be even better if the door shelf could be adjusted to accommodate a bottle of wine or a large soft drink.
