This air conditioner is fantastic. it's smaller than other models, but it's well-made and easy to move. It cools down a 600 sq ft area quickly. The exhaust is better than others I've tried in the past year, and it doesn't unclip from the unit or wall. The timer and other features are convenient. It's a great choice.

I purchased this product to use as a backup air conditioner in my 5th Wheel RV. After carefully considering the location, I found it easy to install. The 14k BTU model was a bit heavy, but I managed to install it myself. I used the styrofoam packaging to elevate the unit to near window height, minimizing hose length and heat exhaust. It is currently working well at 105 Fahrenheit outside temperature and I believe it is an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend this product.

The unit is heavy and functions well, but it arrived with a damaged window insert. The seller's customer service connected me to Impeccaecker for a replacement part, but I have made almost 10 unsuccessful attempts to get a response about my warranty. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be purchasing their product again. Despite numerous calls, emails, and website inquiries, I have yet to receive the replacement part. It has been a negative experience overall.

The switch to a floor model was necessary, but the set up was easy. I was able to do it myself, so you can too. However, I was disappointed that the filter was not a true mesh filter as I had expected.
