This unit may be a bit noisy, but it is incredibly powerful for its size.

I purchased this unit as a secondary option for my apartment, primarily to cool down my bedroom. It effectively cools my room and also helps to lower the temperature of the entire apartment.

This product arrived just in time. The weather is extremely hot in California. The installation was surprisingly easy and fast, and the result looks fantastic. The fan works really well too. The remote is a bit challenging to use, but I think it's just me. The best part is that they include a drainage hose and all the foam trim, but I think they should also include the drainage pan.

I am satisfied with this unit for my small two-room plus bath apartment. I never even considered the noise level until now. If I didn't need it in the large window in my living room, noise wouldn't even be a factor. I can simply adjust the setting on the AC or increase the volume of the TV if needed.

This air conditioner has been a lifesaver for my upstairs room, which gets extremely hot in the summer. It does an excellent job of cooling down the space. The only issue I've noticed, and which other reviewers have also mentioned, is that in humid areas, the unit fills up with water quickly and shuts off, requiring the water to be drained. To address this, I've hooked up the included drain tube and drained the water into an empty milk jug. Despite this issue, I am satisfied with my purchase overall.

I had no issues with this product. I was aware that it would require periodic emptying of water from the back hose, but it was not a problem. The hose does get warm, but I was assured that this is normal after contacting customer service. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Setup and installation were easy. I only needed to do some extra sealing for the basement window, but a standard window wouldn't need this. The exhaust hose is long and flexible. The instructions are clear and simple. The low fan speed is quiet, similar to a dehumidifier. The high speed is loud but cools the room quickly. The internal tank can't be emptied, so a drain hose is needed for heavily humid areas or if using the dehumidifier function. The remote works well, but the display doesn't always update when changing settings on the AC itself. Other than that, the remote works fine.

Our 1600 sq ft home's lower level is effectively cooled by the strong Ac. I initially thought it would only cover a quarter of the space, but it surpassed my expectations. Installation was simple and the remote functions perfectly.
