The product is not effective on carpet and it is recommended to use a plug-in Swiffer instead. It works great on hardwood floors, but if you have carpet, it is advised to return it.

The vacuum lacks in several areas for me. While it has a long reach cord and good suction, it is cheaply made and the cord only retracts if you hold the button with one hand and hand feed the cord into the vacuum. The metal extension sleeve is also sharp and caused me to injure my hand. The handle is not ergonomically designed and becomes uncomfortable to use after a short period of time, leading to hand and wrist cramping. The canister is poorly designed, and the filter falls off easily. The accordion-style hose is not flexible and, combined with the bulky canister and weird handle, makes using the vacuum exhausting. Additionally, the roller in the sweeper attachment sticks and makes a loud noise while in use. After using it once, I've decided to return it.
