While not the most amazing handheld game console, it's reasonably priced. It offers many simple games that appeal to my 6 year old son, but the downside is that it only works when plugged in. Additionally, game progress cannot be saved. The screen is small with mediocre resolution, but considering the price, it's a decent option. If budget allows, the Nintendo DS might be preferable, but this console serves its purpose.
