The crisper is the coldest place in the fridge and freezes the veggies even when the fridge temperature is set below the recommended level. Additionally, the shelf settings make it impossible to have a really tall shelf without obstructions. We typically store drinks on the top shelf, but it's difficult to fit everything because the temperature control apparatus hangs low and blocks a significant section of the shelf. Any rearrangement of the shelving would result in one very short shelf. It's not a major issue, but it prevents me from giving it 5 stars. The delivery was great though, with the company being very communicative, punctual, and friendly.
