I am very impressed with this mop. It is quiet, easy to push, and maneuverable. Unfortunately, I accidentally clogged the nozzle with Mop and Glow and couldn't unclog it. However, when I contacted the seller, they immediately apologized for the issue and sent me a completely new mop instead of just the part I needed. I am extremely grateful for their excellent customer service.

I'm a bit ashamed to admit that I didn't realize how filthy my tile floors were in the bathrooms. I had been using a Shark for years, but this new vacuum is far superior. It was simple to put together, easy to operate, and I appreciate how it cleans right up to the wall without leaving any dirt behind. I've only used the scrubbing pads on my tile so far, but I'm looking forward to testing out the softer pads on my hardwood floors. It's also great that you can use any type of cleaner or wax with it. I do wish the battery lasted longer, but overall I highly recommend it.

I used it on a white marble bathroom floor as a potty training area for my new puppy, but it did not effectively clean up puddles and piles. Even with excess poo and pee cleaned up, it struggled to remove any remaining residue. It is too light and the motor stalls under pressure. I did use it to buff the kitchen floor after mopping, but that is not its intended purpose. The puppy is mostly making it outside now.

I purchased this mop hoping it would make mopping my 2000 sq ft house with plank flooring easier, but it performs similarly to a cheaper swiffer wet jet. The self-propel feature requires multiple passes and leaves dry lines between pads. It also tends to get stuck on baseboards and doors. It's good for getting under beds, but its round shape makes it difficult to reach corners. The battery lasted through my whole house, but started to slow down towards the end. I don't think it's a terrible product, but it's not worth the money I spent, even with a $40 coupon. I was unable to return it because I got rid of the box, so I had to rely on positive reviews before purchasing.

I was impressed with how easily and effectively this mop worked on hardwood, tile, and textured tile floors. The mop head attachments worked great and it was easy to use, taking little time to complete the job. However, I had some issues with hitting the power button instead of the spray due to its location. There were no instructions on whether the battery needed to be charged before the first use, and no indicator on the water/liquid level in the tank. Additionally, there were no instructions on how to empty the water tank if I wanted to use a different type of cleaner. The mop also turned off the first time I used it, but eventually stopped, and I'm not sure why. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this product, but it would be helpful if these concerns were addressed.

I was overall quite disappointed with this product. Firstly, the solution tank is far too small and needs to be refilled every 10 minutes, which is very inconvenient. In the future, the tank should have double the capacity and an option for an extra external adapter. Additionally, the scrubbing pads are not effective and I had to purchase another brand to get the job done. The power pack should be designed to charge while the mop is off, as I was unable to get it to work for me. On a positive note, the instructions were clear and the operation of the mop is straightforward. The spray has good volume and a wide pattern, and the LED light is helpful. The telescoping handle is also a useful feature, especially for those with disabilities. As a man, I hope that these suggestions are taken into account for future improvements.

I have a 12x15 tile kitchen that was extremely dirty, but I was able to use this electric mop three times without needing to recharge. I used all three pads because of the dirtiness of the floor and was able to use all the cleaning solution without refilling. The first time, I used the pink pads with a Meyers/Water mix, the second time I used the white pads with just water for a rinse, and the last time I used the green pads with the remaining water for a dry/shine. The green pads were hardly dirty when I finished. This electric mop is definitely worth the money and is easy to use, store, and operate.

After my mother-in-law recommended the Bissell Crosswave, I found it worked well in our old house. However, in our new house with LVP flooring and crevices, it couldn't handle tough stains. With two big dogs and a messy husband, I needed something better. I was impressed with this mop - it's quiet, charges quickly, and easy to set up. It's light and easy to maneuver, and easily removes marks from the floors. Filling the water reservoir can be irritating, but it's a minor issue compared to its benefits. This mop has been a game changer for me. It used to be a real struggle carrying a heavy bucket of water all over my house and constantly changing the dirty water. But now, even with four dogs, my floors can stay clean with minimal effort. I just add a small amount of floor cleaner to the water well and the mop does the work for me. It's easy to use and holds enough liquid for at least two rooms. The battery only lasts about forty minutes, but I solved that problem by ordering a second one. Now, one can charge while the other is in use. This mop definitely gets five stars from me.

This mop is simple to assemble and convenient to use. It is much better than the traditional back and forth swinging motion of a mop. However, there are two areas that could be improved: the water/cleaning liquid well should be larger as I found myself needing to refill it after cleaning just one room. Additionally, having a set of pads that are more abrasive for tough stains would be beneficial. Despite these issues, I am satisfied with my purchase.

This mop is amazing! I've tried other brands like Bissell Crosswave and Tineco, but this one is in a league of its own. It's easy to change the pads, self propelled, and the battery pack can be detached for charging, making it easy to store. You can also use any type of cleaning product in the tank. I used Bona and it made my floors look beautiful. While it may not be a deep cleaning machine, it's perfect for day to day use and has exceeded my expectations. We have LVP floors, so I had to stop using my steam mop. We switched to this mop and surprisingly, my kids (6 and 8) really enjoy using it. We've been using it for two months now, and they willingly mop our kitchen and bathroom twice a week without complaining. I spray the floor with my Natures Force cleaner, and they simply use the water function. The water tank isn't very large, but it works well for our space. The mop pads are versatile and of good quality. However, for tough, stubborn spots, you'll need to use some elbow grease in addition to the mop. Overall, it's great for a basic clean, just be prepared to apply a little pressure as needed.

We've been using a Swiffer wet mop for years, but the scrubbing cloths always come off if we try to remove tough spots by running over them back and forth. This spinning mop makes it much easier to remove spots, just let the motor do its job. Our Goldendoode often leaves water dripping around his bowl, which turns into dry water spots. This electric mop is so much easier to use since it's self-propelled. I had so much fun using it that I ended up mopping the entire kitchen the first time I used it to clean up my puppy's water bowl mess. It was easy to assemble, with no tools required. The handle snapped together easily. The removable battery is a great idea for swapping batteries during a big cleaning job. The 2000 ml water tank holds enough cleaning liquid for multiple rooms. The adjustable handle can swing side to side up to 180° and locks into a 90° upright position, so there's no need to rest the handle on a wall when not in use. This mop will definitely see more action as we retire our Swiffer mop.

This electric mop is of good quality and works as expected. It includes 3 different cleaning pads, one of which is especially effective for removing stubborn dirt from the floor. I used it to clean dried-up watermelon from both wood and tile floors, and it worked really well. The mop is easy to use and can be charged when the battery indicator shows only one bar remaining. It has a top button for turning it on or off and a bottom button for spraying, which can be used continuously by holding the button down. It's best to wet the pads before putting them on the mop. A single charge can clean our entire house, and using this mop has actually made floor cleaning enjoyable. Our 6-year-old daughter even wants to help because she thinks it's cool.

I am thrilled that I no longer have to use a mop bucket and wring-out mop thanks to this cordless electric mop. It was very easy to assemble right out of the box, with no need for tools. The adjustable handle height is a great feature, especially for my husband and I who are different heights. The mop glides smoothly across the floor and dries it quickly. There are a few design issues, such as the base being too tall to reach under cabinets and the water tank needing to be larger for bigger homes. I was really impressed with how well this mop cleaned my luxury vinyl plank floors in my busy household with 2 adults, 3 kids, and 3 huskies. As someone with scoliosis, I'm always looking for tools to make cleaning easier, and this mop did not disappoint. It did a great job without leaving streaks or residue behind. This machine has exceeded my expectations after trying multiple manual mops and Swiffers. It has some minor drawbacks but overall it gets the job done.
Pros:
- The LED is bright, although I don't see how it improves my cleaning experience.
- The spray reaches a great distance when the button is pressed.
- The included pads work well on different types of floors such as laminate, vinyl, and tile.
Cons:
- The spray button is located where your hand naturally slides forward, which can be inconvenient if you're used to pushing a mop.
- The instructions for charging the battery are a bit confusing.
- It requires 2 x AAA batteries for the spray function, which seems unnecessary but it eliminates the need for cords.
