I bought 2 and was disappointed to find that they were actually 5000 BTU. I decided to keep them because I'm tired of dealing with returns, but I expect better accuracy from the seller. I might stick to buying from local stores in the future. -

I attempted to reset it with the buttons on the cord, but it still wouldn't turn back on. The power was still on, as indicated by the lights on the cord. After about 2 weeks, I tried again and it turned on, only to turn off again 2-3 weeks later. I believe it may be too small for the amount I use it, as I have a larger one of the same brand that I used to run all day without any issues. While I could use the warranty to replace it, I haven't bothered because I don't want to deal with being on hold. My advice would be to get the next largest size up if you plan on running it often, for 12-16 hours a day. -

Firstly, the eco mode runs the fan every 10 minutes for approximately 1 minute, which is not customizable and is a feature that I personally do not prefer. Secondly, the optional pureair air filter is considerably expensive for its size. -

We were able to make it fit in the 9ft by 10ft space by using a small bit of insulation foam tucked in the bottom, which also helped with condensation concerns. It works perfectly to keep the room at 75 degrees Fahrenheit. -

I haven't found a way to save them, so maybe it's not possible. I only use it at night, so it is shut down more often than most AC units would be, I suppose. -

I chose to pay the premium cost for delivery to my doorstep. The model has a 'soft start ability/low voltage ability and is rated around 400 to 450 watts, with cooler running. It is quieter than other air conditioners of its size and automatically changes speed when reaching the desired temperature. I have been using it for approximately 90 days and find it effective for my small room. I leave it on ECO mode for day-to-day use and use the remote to control the temperature and cooling level. If the cleaning screen dust filter light comes on, it can be turned off or reset by holding the 'Fan' button for 3 seconds. -
