I took the time to seal all cracks and improve insulation for the window opening, making it pretty airtight. Overall, I'm satisfied with it after 2 weeks of use. Despite the damage, I was able to straighten it out and there was no internal damage. However, the seller should inspect products before delivering to avoid issues like this. I shouldn't have to deal with damaged products or returns due to their negligence. Therefore, I'm giving it 3 stars for now. -
