I bought this back in May for Mother���s Day, and within a week, it started acting up���problems like not turning off without unplugging and replugging it. Since then, it's gotten worse, now not turning on even when plugged in. It sporadically turns on every few weeks without consistency. It's not just mine; a friend's frame, purchased a month later, has the same issues. Fortunately, I got protection coverage for hers. It's a shame because when it works, the frame displays crystal clear pictures with great coloring and is super easy to use. However, I wouldn't recommend buying it due to these recurring issues.

Love this frame. Great value for the price. My only complaint is that it���s hard to get the volume to a low level. I bought it for our patient waiting room in a clinic, and it���s too loud at the lowest level. If uploading videos, I recommend uploading to a SIM card instead of using the WiFi uploading feature, as the WiFi feature has a small size limit. It would only upload a few seconds of a 60-second video clip using WiFi, but I could upload the entire video using the SIM card feature.

I'm VERY pleased with this frame. I have it hung up on the wall. I used a SD card to transfer my photos to the frame without a problem. However, the mounting brackets arrived bent, and one of the female nuts in the back of the frame was stripped.

The images from this frame are outstanding! The brightness and colors are really nice and accurate, unlike other frames I've tried. The screen is fairly large and heavy, and the frame comes with a wall attachment device and a stand attachment. The software running this isn't bad but has several issues that could be improved. The software also downsizes files during transfer.
