The fan speed is good for its size and the quality is decent. I wish it had more range to point up and down, but I realized that's not possible without altering it. The clamp is not very strong for my specific use, but it would work well on a regular desk. However, I am unable to position it properly on the side of a loft bed frame.

I have used this fan on a daily basis, which may be the reason for its shorter lifespan. However, I have had fans that lasted much longer with daily usage.

The clip is not strong enough to hold onto anything thicker than an inch and does not work on vertical objects. The weight of the cord causes the fan to shift aim. Additionally, the fan guard easily flies off with the slightest knock, which happens frequently because the clip does not hold well. It seems that I got what I paid for.

I decided to purchase this model because the product title mentioned a steel safety grill, and I had to get rid of my previous fan when the plastic safety grill deteriorated. To my disappointment, this fan also has a plastic safety grill. I've only had it for a day, so we'll see how it holds up. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the product.
