I purchased this for a refrigerated trailer I was building and it worked great with a cool bot. It's powerful and got the job done, able to maintain 34 degrees in an 8ft x 12ft trailer even on an 85 degree day. It ran almost continuously throughout the entire summer and despite not being designed for my specific use, it definitely met the challenge. It is heavy and requires at least two people to install.

When installing this item, it may be easy to install in a normal house window. However, for larger A/C units like this, it is more likely to be installed in a big room with a non-standard window. I opted to hire two carpenters to handle the installation.
