The air conditioner works well, but it makes a loud rubbing noise for several seconds when it shuts down, which is enough to wake me up at night. As a result, I now just try to cool the room and then turn it off to avoid the noise. The remote is also not very user-friendly as it has no lighting to guide you in the dark, making it difficult to use at night. Overall, the other features of the air conditioner are good, but these issues are frustrating.

I was relieved that UPS delivered the AC earlier than expected, especially during the 98-degree weather in NYC. After setting it to 72 degrees on auto, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performed in my large studio apartment. The only downside is that the wording on the remote control is hard to read.

I had to enlarge the space in the wall, but it was worth it. I really love my air conditioner, it works great. I use the timer 24/7 and it saves me a lot of trouble - it's like having an assistant help me turn it on and off. It's also an energy saver, which makes it even better. I highly recommend it.
