We love it and think it's great for us!

I am very impressed with this mop. It is quiet, easy to push, and maneuverable. Unfortunately, I accidentally clogged the nozzle with Mop and Glow and couldn't unclog it. However, when I contacted the seller, they immediately apologized for the issue and sent me a completely new mop instead of just the part I needed. I am extremely grateful for their excellent customer service.

I've only been using the mop for a few days, but I'm already impressed. It's really easy to use and it saves my arms because it's self-propelled. I would definitely recommend it.

This product works well for quickly cleaning our vinyl plank flooring. It may not always reach into tight spaces next to baseboards or corners, so we still need to do some hand scrubbing occasionally.

This mop is different from others because it handles the scrubbing without causing shoulder strain. It may require a second round for tough stains, but it gets the job done well. The only downside is the tank capacity - I wish it held more without adding weight to the product.

I am satisfied with the product, although I feel that it could improve its deep cleaning effectiveness.

I'm a bit ashamed to admit that I didn't realize how filthy my tile floors were in the bathrooms. I had been using a Shark for years, but this new vacuum is far superior. It was simple to put together, easy to operate, and I appreciate how it cleans right up to the wall without leaving any dirt behind. I've only used the scrubbing pads on my tile so far, but I'm looking forward to testing out the softer pads on my hardwood floors. It's also great that you can use any type of cleaner or wax with it. I do wish the battery lasted longer, but overall I highly recommend it.
