The vacuum works well and has a great suction. The lightweight design is a plus, but the plug breaks too easily after about a week of use. As a cleaning company in Hawaii, I need a durable vacuum for picking up sand. If the plug was more durable, I would definitely recommend this vacuum. I had to purchase my own plug head and install it myself.

I have had this vacuum for almost a year and have not had to change the first bag yet. The only issue is that the head section occasionally pops off when lifting it up.
